Cottage is in nice shape – 100 years old with what that entails – a dug-out basement and a staircase that is steep. Very well-maintained, with air and heat, wi fi, fully stocked with nice linens, all kitchen appliances, etc. Shared private dock with neighbor. Just a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops and the park, yet in a quiet setting.

Three bedrooms – sleep 6 comfortably (3 full beds and 1 queen), 1 full bath plus washer and dryer downstairs + 1 “half” bath upstairs. Terrific large deck off the house, facing lake – with grill. Pets on a case-by-case basis with damage deposit. No hoist at dock. Terrific swim ladder and great lake spot.
