Beautiful view of West Lake from these 2nd floor units. The 3BR has a/c, cable TV, DVD, WiFi, microwave, and full accessorized kitchen. It will sleep 12 at maximum. There is one bathroom, 2 qween bedrooms and 1 bunk room that can sleep 6.

The studio has refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cable TV WiFi,and a/c. It Has a queen bed and a full size futon. It will sleep 4….$700/wk

A covered boat hoist is available for an extra charge….$140/wk

There is no smoking in the units or on the grounds, nor are pets allowed at Holiday Villa.

There are community outdoor grills,a playground for the children,and a nice long dock for fishing and sunbathing.The units are also right on the Recreational Trail and close to Emerson Bay Campground and Beach that includes several public access boat ramps.
