You will not be bothered by passing cars or people, as the house is located in a family friendly area well away from the hustle and bustle of the lake. The large house features open space, which lends itself to family activities and yet has quiet corners for reading and relaxing. A perfect setting for 110 ft of secluded shoreline features a large dock and boat hoist. The waterfront provides hours of sunbathing and swimming, with a paved patio that overlooks both the lake and the children. The house is located on the west side of Lake Okoboji just north of Village West in Egralharve, The west side location warms the house in the morning and provides shade for cooling off during the evening hours, The views are spectacular, as you look right out onto the lake from both the family sitting area and the sun porch. No pontoon boats allowed.
